Refund & Return Policy

At Driftly, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be returned in good condition
  • The item should be returned with the original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase will be required

We understand that travel pillows are intended to be used and tested. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show excessive wear, damage, misuse, or are returned in an unsanitary condition.


How To Start A Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for your return

We aim to respond to all return requests within 1–2 business days.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives:

  • damaged
  • faulty
  • defective
  • incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at driftlytravel@gmail.com.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • your item arrives damaged
  • your item is faulty
  • you receive the wrong item

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the problem where possible.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request a return for your original order and place a new order separately.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard returns process.


Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns for items that:

  • show excessive signs of use
  • are damaged due to misuse
  • are returned in an unsanitary condition
  • are missing significant components or packaging

Gift cards are non-refundable.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify for a return under the EU cooling-off period, the item must be returned in reasonable condition with proof of purchase.

This right is in addition to your 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
